Working Interview
 
Personnel Staffing, Inc. has two divisions - full-time placement and temporary placement.  By combining both services we are able to offer a creative hybrid solution to staffing problems.  When our client has an opening, we provide them with a temporary who is looking for a full-time position.  The client will make a hiring decision after the temporary has demonstrated satisfactory performance on the job.

When a client wants to hire one of our temporaries, they can either maintain the temporary on our payroll for an agreed upon workout period of 500 hours or after a minimum of 160 hours on our payroll, they can pay a liquidation fee.

THE COST OF THE HIRE IS AMORTIZED - All the usual up-front costs (advertising, interviewing and downtime in the position) are eliminated.

YOU ENJOY NON-EMPLOYER STATUS - During the workout period, we are the employer. 

YOU HAVE NO COMMITMENT - You are not committed to hiring a particular temporary.  If the person doesn't work out -- we will replace upon your request.

YOU HAVE MAXINMUM FLEXIBILITY - The Working Interview is perfect for a company in a state of organizational change or uncertainty.
